  • SixTwoThree Studio is located in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn, just off Vanderbilt Avenue. We're approximately a 10-minute walk from Atlantic Terminal/Barclays Center, with access to the B, Q, C, 2, 3 and G trains nearby. The neighborhood also has plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, markets, and production-day food options within walking distance.

  • The studio is available for bookings from 7 AM to midnight, seven days a week. Need to go past midnight? Reach out directly and we’ll see what we can do.

  • Yes. Your booked time includes load-in, setup, breakdown and load-out, so please book enough time to leave the studio as you found it by the end of your session.

  • Every rental includes access to our 1,000-square-foot studio, hair and makeup station, full-length mirror, restroom, refrigerator, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth speaker, central air, and our standard grip and lighting equipment. This includes C-stands, apple boxes, V-flats, flags, diffusion, sandbags, utility cart, rolling tether stand. Broncolor lighting and modifier packages are available as add-ons.

  • Detailed instructions will be emailed to you 48 hours before your rental.

    Our team will be on-site to greet you and on standby throughout your rental should you need additional support.

  • We’re on the second floor of a classic Brooklyn building, reached by one flight of stairs. It’s a short climb, and the light at the top is worth it. If you’re bringing in heavy gear or have accessibility needs, just let us know before your booking and we’ll help you plan the easiest load-in.
